1. What this service is
Obsmotrel ("the tool") is a private publishing helper. It prepares image carousels
and video clips about films and TV series and uploads them to social media accounts
owned by its operator, including TikTok. The tool is used by one person for their own
accounts. It is not a public service, offers no sign-up, and has no other users.
2. Who may use it
Only the operator and accounts the operator owns. No third party is granted access.
3. Content
All content published through the tool is created or licensed by the operator, who
remains solely responsible for it and for its compliance with the rules of each platform
it is published to, including the TikTok Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
4. Third-party platforms
The tool uses official APIs of the platforms it publishes to. Use of those platforms is
governed by their own terms. The tool does not attempt to bypass any platform limitation,
does not automate engagement (likes, follows, comments), and does not publish on behalf of
anyone other than its operator.
5. No warranty
The tool is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. The operator is not liable for
any loss arising from its use, including failed or delayed publication.
6. Changes
These terms may change. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date
shown above.

сериалах и выкладывает их в социальные аккаунты своего владельца, включая TikTok.
Инструментом пользуется один человек и только для своих аккаунтов: регистрации нет,
других пользователей нет. За весь публикуемый контент и его соответствие правилам
площадок отвечает владелец. Инструмент работает через официальные API, не обходит
ограничения площадок, не автоматизирует лайки, подписки и комментарии и не публикует
ни от чьего имени, кроме владельца. Инструмент предоставляется «как есть», без гарантий.
