1. Whose data this is about
Obsmotrel is a private publishing helper used by one person — its operator — for their
own social accounts. It has no user accounts, no sign-up and no visitors other than the
operator. It therefore collects no personal data from anyone else.
2. What is stored
To publish on the operator's behalf, the tool stores, on the operator's own computer:
- access and refresh tokens issued by the platform for the operator's own account,
kept in the operating system keychain;
- the account's public user name, used to verify that content goes to the intended
account and no other;
- identifiers and public statistics of the operator's own published posts (views,
likes, comments, saves), used to see which posts performed better.
Nothing is stored about any other person. No data is collected from viewers of the
published posts.
3. Where data goes
Data stays on the operator's computer. It is not sold, shared, or transferred to any
third party, and it is not used for advertising or profiling. The only network requests
the tool makes are to the official APIs of the platforms it publishes to.
4. Images during upload
TikTok downloads carousel images from a public URL. While a post is being published,
the tool serves the images of that post from a temporary address with a random,
unguessable name; the address is taken down as soon as publication finishes.
5. Retention and deletion
Tokens are kept until they expire or are revoked; access can be revoked at any time in
the platform's own account settings, which immediately ends the tool's access. Local files
can be deleted by the operator at any time.

Obsmotrel — личный инструмент публикации, которым пользуется один человек и только
для своих аккаунтов. Регистрации и других пользователей нет, поэтому персональных
данных посторонних людей инструмент не собирает. На компьютере владельца хранятся:
токены доступа к его собственному аккаунту (в системном хранилище ключей), публичное имя
аккаунта — чтобы публикация ушла ровно туда, куда задумано, — и статистика его же
публикаций. Данные никому не передаются, не продаются и не используются для рекламы;
сетевые запросы идут только к официальным API площадок. На время публикации картинки
карусели отдаются по временному адресу со случайным именем, который гасится сразу после
выкладки. Доступ можно отозвать в настройках аккаунта площадки в любой момент.
